1. Pre-Order Period
   
   Orders must be placed at least 5 days before the event date to ensure proper preparation and customization.
   
2. Handmade Products
   
   All backdrops are handmade. Minor variations in colors or balloon arrangements may occur, which is a natural aspect of handcrafted work.
   
3. Delivery & Installation
   
   • The price includes delivery and installation at the event location.
   
   • For outdoor installations, the backdrop will be secured in a way that minimizes the impact of wind as much as possible.
   
   • We are not responsible for weather conditions beyond our control.
   
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   
   • Cancellations or refunds are not accepted within 42 hours prior to the event.
   
   • Cancellations made before this period may be subject to fees depending on the stage of preparation.
   
5. Non-Returnable Policy
   
   Once the backdrop has been delivered and installed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
   
6. Client Responsibility
   
   • Any damage occurring after installation (due to weather, children, or guests) is the client’s responsibility.
   
   • Access to the venue must be provided at the agreed time to ensure smooth installation.
