1. Shipping Methods:

We offer reliable shipping to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Kindly note that delivery dates may change or be delayed during peak times.

      • Jeddah: within 1-2 working days
      • Riyadh: within 2-4 working days
      • Dammam: within 2-4 working days
      • Other cities: within 2-5 working days


2. Shipping Rates:

      • A standard shipping fee of 25 SAR applies to orders within the Saudi Arabia.
      • ٍFor rental products shipping fee of 100 SAR applies to orders within the Saudi Arabia.

3. Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email and message with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Order Cancellations and Change:

      • All products are non-changeable and non-returnable except in the case of damage, previously opened products and incorrect items.
      • Order cancellation can be made before dispatch and will be refunded within 10-14 working days.

5. International Shipping:

We now DONT offer international shipping and are excited to serve customers across the globe as soon as possible

 

6. Rentable Party services 

      • ٍFor rental products shipping fee of 100 SAR applies to orders within the Saudi Arabia.
      • Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 days before the event are partially refundable; later cancellations are non-refundable. 
      • Collection: Our team will dismantle and collect the castle after the event.
      • In order to rent products, the terms and conditions must be agreed upon before ordering.
      • Please read instructions carefully before agreeing to the terms each product has its own conditions .

7. Return Window 

 You may return your items within (3 days ) from the date of delivery Based on the following conditions.

      • Returns are not free, and a shipping fee will be applied for all returns.
      • If you wish to make a return, please log in to your account page on the website using the same email address used for the order.  
      • You will find your previous order. Click on the item you want to return and submit the return request.  
      • After completing the process, please fill out the return form 
      • The team will review the request and approve or deny it based on compliance with the return policy, and then a representative will be sent to collect the shipment.


8. Refound:

      • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within (7-14 business days) after we receive your returned item.
      • "Buy Now, Pay Later" (e.g., Tabby, Tamara): Refunds go back to the original account.
      • Electronic payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard): Refunded to the card or bank account used.
      • Wallet payments: Refunded back to the wallet, valid for two years.
      • Items bought at a discounted price on the website will only be refunded as store credit.
      • For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a redeemable voucher.
      • Cash refunds are not available.

9. Lost Orders:

If lost before delivery, a replacement will be sent within 6 working days
