• Delivery & Setup: We deliver, set up, and collect the castle — you just provide the space.
• All-Day Fun: The castle stays at your event for the full birthday duration.
• Supervised Safety: Our team ensures proper setup and secure anchoring for safe play.
• Variety of Sizes: Castles available in different sizes to suit your space and guest list.
• Accessories Included: Blower, extension cables, and ground mats (if required).

Rental Terms:
• Booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
• Insurance: A refundable insurance fee is added to cover damages or misuse.
• Responsibility: Children must be supervised by adults at all times. Any misuse that causes damage will be deducted from the insurance.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 days before the event are partially refundable; later cancellations are non-refundable.
• Collection: Our team will dismantle and collect the castle after the event.

• Bookings for more than one day must be for consecutive days.
