Rental Terms & Conditions

1. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been received by KummKumm.

2.Full payment must be completed before the event date.

3.All decorations, tables, chairs, props, accessories, and equipment provided by KummKumm are rental items and will be collected after the event.

4.The client is responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of KummKumm’s rental items during the event.

5.Shoes, food, drinks, and sharp objects are strictly prohibited on the jumping castle and water slides. Water slides must be used while wearing appropriate swimwear to ensure safety and protect the equipment.

6.The jumping castle and water slides must be used under adult supervision at all times.

7.KummKumm will deliver, install, and dismantle all equipment at the agreed time.

8.Any delay caused by the client will not extend the agreed rental or event duration.

9.Any additional requests or changes after booking confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

10. The client must provide a clean, safe, and suitable installation area, including access to electricity when required.

11.For outdoor events, KummKumm is not responsible for delays or damages caused by weather conditions or circumstances beyond its control.

12.KummKumm is not liable for any injuries or accidents resulting from misuse of the equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.

13.KummKumm reserves the right to use photos or videos from the event for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise before the event.

14.Payment of the booking fee or signing this agreement confirms the client’s acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Full payment is required to confirm the event booking.

2 If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more before the event date, the client is entitled to an 80% refund, with 20% deducted as booking and administrative fees.

3. If the booking is cancelled 7–13 days before the event date, the client is entitled to a 50% refund.

4. Bookings cancelled less than 7 days before the event date are nonrefundable.

5. Requests to reschedule an event are subject to KummKumm’s approval and availability and must be submitted with reasonable notice before the event date.

6. If the client fails to attend the event or the event cannot proceed due to circumstances attributable to the client, the booking will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.
